Caring Assertiveness explores the essence of assertiveness, showing how this powerful but often misunderstood relational skill can be used to communicate with confidence and care in everyday encounters and challenging situations alike.
The study will be offered at two different times: Monday mornings and Thursday evenings starting November 2nd.
