Encounter Ministries- with God All Things are Possible

My first experience with Encounter Ministries was at an Adoration event at my parish. Prayer teams were available and I felt called to go. I shared with them a little about what I was struggling with and was amazed when one of the prayer ministers received an image of Jesus by a stream. It was exactly like Nathaniel under the fig tree - a place where I met Jesus in prayer that only He would know about! The other prayer minister asked God for a special gift for me - she had too much courage, and she asked God to give some of hers to me! I left feeling loved and hopeful.

One of the prayer ministers recommended that I seek an inner healing prayer session, so I signed up on the Encounter Ministries website. This was an hour long video call that helped me identify some lies that I believed and reject some fears that I had about God the Father. I left with a list of truths that I prayed through for a month, and this helped me open my heart to God the Father.

Quite a few people I knew were going through the Encounter Ministries training to become prayer ministers. One time they prayed over a woman in their prayer group who was suffering from curvature of the spine, and she was miraculously healed.

A two-day Encounter Ministries event was being held in my area one summer, and I signed up to attend in order to find out what it was all about. I learned that everyone who has been confirmed has special gifts through the power of the Holy Spirit. Encounter Ministries helps you discover your gifts and encourages you to use them.

Virtual Inner Healing prayer sessions can be scheduled on the EM website at https://encounterministries.us/inner-healing-freedom-2/.
